   One of those Bank acoounts that dont let you take money out for a year

   put away 50 dollars a week in a savings account. Do not look at it or take it out for any reason. You will have the money you need. Or close to it.

   An effective way to save money for a vacation is do the following:

   1. Find out what your Discretionary income is. Discretionary income is income after subtracting taxes and necessities (food, mortgage, rent, car payments, insurance, etc).

   2. After finding out you Discretionary income, save 20% of that every paycheck. You will be suprised how much you’ll have after 6 months.
